3. The Australian Agency Partner (AAP) will assess and schedule the client for consultation.
4. We will send you a schedule for consultation.
5. We will be with you throughout the consultation with The Australian Agency Partner (AAP). This is a 15-minute free zoom meeting.
6. The Australian Agency Partner (AAP) will provide school options and course information to the client.
7. After consultation, we will notify the Australian Agency Partner if you eventually decide to proceed with the engagement.
8. You pay for the slot reservation.

Contract Signing with Initial Deposit

1. The AAP will send the engagement pack to you.
2. You sign the Engagement Agreement, send it to us and pay the initial deposit.
3. We will send the Engagement Agreement to the AAP for confirmation.

Your Enrollment to the Australian School

Phase 1

1. AAP will send web information sheet to you.
2. AAP will send your log-in details to the AAP portal for the uploading of necessary documents.
3. Prepare the documents listed below:
   • Transcript / Diploma / Trade Certificate
   • Evidence of English Study
   • Certificate(s) of Employment
   • No IELTS required for some schools
   • No show money required for some schools
   • Statement of Purpose
   • Passport
4. We will verify if the documents are:
   • Properly labeled with the following format: NameofClient_TypeofDocument i.e. Pedro Juan_Diploma
   • Clear, colored, and are scanned copies of the original documents
5. You will be given the signal to upload the documents to the AAP portal.
6. You will notify us if the have been uploaded.
7. The AAP will notify you for any lacking or additional documents that may be required.

Phase 2

1. The school will send the Letter Offer
   • AAP will notify you of the Letter Offer and the time frame for payment.
   • Ensure that you sign and return the signed Letter Offer within the time frame.
   • Ensure that tuition fee payment is made within the time frame.
   • We will email the signed Letter Offer and proof of payment to our AAP.
2. Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE) is received from school
   • Our AAP will email you the CoE
3. Overseas Student Health Coverage (OSHC)
   • Our AAP to send final quote for OSHC.
   • Pay for the OSHC within the given timeframe.
   • Email the proof of payment to our AAP.
   • Our AAP will send a copy of the OSHC policy to you.
4. Visa Application
   • Our AAP will notify you of any additional requirements for Visa application.
   • Our AAP will encode the visa application.
   • Our AAP will send the application draft to you for checking and approval.
5. Submitting the Visa application
   • Our AAP will send you an invoice for the Visa Application Charge (VAC)
   • Pay the VAC to the AAP bank account and send proof of payment to AAP.
6. Our AAP will help you book a medical examination, if required (within 28 days from receipt of request).
7. Book for biometrics appointment,if required (has to be booked within 14 days from receipt of request)
   • Our AAP will help you book your biometrics appointment
8. Receiving the VISA Application Decision from the Department Of Home Affairs
   • You will be notified about the outcome of the visa application
