Basic Requirements

1. Completed Australian Visa Application Form
2. Valid Philippine Passport
   • Must be valid for at least three (3 months) after you arrive in Australia for travel history. Scan pages of all valid and expired visas and stamps
3. PSA birth certificate
4. Marriage certificate
5. Photocopy of the following government issued IDs:
   • UMID
   • Driver’s license
   • Pag-Ibig
   • PHILHEALTH
   • Passport
6. Two copies of 4.5cm (height) x 3.5 cm (width) colored photos with white background. Must have been taken within the last three (3 months)
7. Travel itinerary
   • Cover letter
   • Flight reservation
   • Hotel reservation
   • Tour voucher
8. Financial requirements
   • Bank Statement and bank certificate
   • Three (3) months of bank account statements stamped by your bank
   • Income Tax Return (ITR)
   • Credit card statements for the last 3 months
   • For sponsored applicants: Sponsorship letter/ Affidavit of support must be notarized from Australia
9. Proof of ties to home country

Additional Requirements

For Employed

1. Certificate of employment. Submit the original document that is duly notarized and should properly indicate your full name, passport number, position, the start date of your work, a brief description of the duties that you do, your monthly salary, and your approved duration of leave.
2. Payslips for the last 3 months
3. Photocopy of Company ID

For Self-Employed

1. Corporation
   • Photocopies of SEC Registration with attached present Articles of Incorporation and personal income.
2. Single Proprietorship
   • Photocopy of Business Name Registration
   • DTI Certificate
   • Latest Income Tax Statement

For Freelance Workers

• Certificate of Registration
• Certificate of Employment, if applicable
• Payslips

For Retirees

• Pension Statement for the latest six (6) months
• Proof of Regular income generated by a property for the last six (6) months

For Students

• Proof of enrollment
• School ID
• If you will be going on a holiday during summer break:
  • Submit a certification of reservation or certification of enrollment to prove that you are enrolled for the next school year/ semester.
• If travelling during the school year, a certificate of leave of absence from school should also be submitted.

For Minors

1. Birth Certificate
2. Application form for Australian Visa, signed by both parents
3. If one parent has full custody of the child:
   • DSWD Family court order
4. If both parents are alive:
   • Certified copies of any government-issued ID
5. If the child has a guardian:
   • Certified copies of any government-issued ID
6. If the child is travelling alone:
   • A notarized parental authorization to travel to Australia, signed by both parents/guardian(s)
   • Certified copies of any government-issued ID
